自分の住む地域や現在地の危険性を確認し、
・高齢者や体の不自由な方
・小さな子どもがいる方
・避難に時間のかかる方と、その支援者
など、土砂災害警戒区域や危険な場所にいる方は避難所や安全な親戚、知人宅等に速やかに避難してください。
また、避難時には、感染症予防対策に必要なものや食料・飲料水をご持参ください。
